Alaska is the ultimate family destination and children are always welcome on any of our itineraries. However, we want to encourage you to bring the kids and grand kids with you on select Denali Explorer itineraries featuring amazing adventures as part of our Junior Explorers program!

While the adults will enjoy the same daily itinerary on all departures, on AK141 & AK143, you may register youth (ages 5-15) for our Junior Explorer’s program.
On many afternoons or evenings, Junior Explorers will take part in educational, interactive activities designed to be age appropriate and appeal to their interests, while under the close supervision of our Expedition Leaders. Parents and grandparents are then free to enjoy dinner and a quiet evening to themselves. With registration, your youth will receive a Junior Explorer’s backpack filled with items to help them make the most of their Alaska expedition!
