When is the best time to go to Alaska?

The Alaska tour season runs from the end of May until the end of September.
If you are just taking a 7-day Alaska cruise we recommend a Seattle Round-trip cruise to save on your airfare costs and travel anytime between May and September will be fine. You will save money by avoiding June and July as this is Alaska's high season and the rates are inflated.
If you are taking a land tour as well as a cruise, the dates of travel will dictate your trip a bit more. June and July are typically the clearer months for inland travel. During June and July you will see bluer skies and better flowers. Travel in August and September will see a 5-10 degree difference in cooler weather temperatures but you will have the chance to see the Northern Lights, fall colors and greater animal movement. We warn you: Expect some scattered rain showers on your Alaska tour, no matter what month you travel!

Do You Take Single Travelers?

On Cruises: A limited number of cabins are available on each ship for single occupancy. Supplements are listed with the cruise fares.
On CruiseTours: As a service to our single travelers, we will assist in arranging a roommate. Please note that a roommate cannot be guaranteed. You will initially be booked under a single supplement fare and moved to a double occupancy fare if a suitable roommate is found.

How Do I Qualify For Multiple Cabin Discounts?

We offer a "Friends and Family" discount for anyone taking a CruiseTour or Land Only tour with us. If you get your friends or family to go with you and reserve multiple cabins, we pass savings on to the first 2 persons in each cabin!
Discounts are as follows:
2-3 Cabins = $50 per person
4-7 Cabins = $100 per person
8-11 Cabins = $150 per person
12 or more = Call us for even better group pricing!

How Do I Qualify For The "Check" Discount?

A discount of $200 per person will be extended for tours paid by cash or check versus credit card. Guests can still pay the $500 per person tour deposit by credit card and receive this discount. (The check discount drops to $25 per person for Cruise Only passengers).
