WHAT QUALIFIES AS A GROUP?: As little as two cabins entitles you to be called a SMALL GROUP. The more people in your group the greater the discounts. 35 people or more qualifies you as a LARGE GROUP.
BENEFITS OF ALASKA GROUP TRAVEL:
Less Cost Per Person - The cost of travel, accommodations, guided service, gasoline and meals are spread out over everyone in the group so discounts in pricing always apply. For example, multiple cabin discounts start at just two cabins with John Hall's Alaska. Get three or four people in a room and your price goes down per person even more.
Pre-Blocked Cruise Ship Space: Unlike travel agents who pull cruise cabin space as you request it, we pre-block rooms over a year in advance. In reserving this space we select block of rooms per type of stateroom in the best locations on the ship. This means that you can put your groups together on the ship so that rooms are side by side instead of scattered throughout the ship. In addition, our net rates give you the best staterooms available at a lower price than you would get booking on your own.
Worry-Free Travel: When you travel with John Hall's Alaska, we have taken the worry out of your travel planning. We have already chosen the best routes for your time and money and filled your days with the highest quality attractions and meals. You just need to pick what tour itinerary you would like and what dates you can travel.
Motorcoach Charter Services: If you have a group with 35 people or more, you are considered a LARGE GROUP and may charter an entire Alaska tour departure date. This means that only your group will be on the motorcoach and that you will be able to customize your tour in whichever way you like.
Tour Customization: A LARGE GROUP (35 ppl) may also make their own itinerary! For example, our Native American charters are tailored to take guests to unique Alaskan Native villages and historical sites while still hitting other highlights in Alaska. Gardening clubs will want to visit the Alaska State Fair for the large vegetable and flower displays. If you have a special interest group, feel free to tell us how we can tailor our tour to meet your needs.
